Restarts the configurator with a new configuration.
Parameters
- OptionalcopyCfgnValues: boolean
  If true, the values of the current configuration are copied over to the new one.
Returns Promise<RestartCfgnResultData | undefined>
The URLs of the new configuration or undefined if the restart failed.
