Changes the width and/or height of the IFrame and/or scroll position of the parent page window.

Requires the Configurator plugin to be installed correctly on the parent page.

  - Optionalheight?: string
    If not given or 0, the height is not changed
  - OptionalscrollToX?: number
    New horizontal scroll position of the parent page window

    New vertical scroll position of the parent page window
  - Optionalwidth?: string
    If not given or 0, the width is not changed
